To forcefully strike aside an opponent's blade to create an opening.

Turn the hand to Tierce, striking the foible of the Pupil's sword with the back edge, forcing it offline. Cut 2 to the right cheek. To defend yield the point and parry High Octave
Master Pupil
Engage in Tierce Engage in Tierce
Turn the hand to Quarte, striking the foible of the Pupil's sword with the back edge, forcing it offline. Cut 1 to the right cheek. To defend yield the point and parry High Prime

Note that Hutton says these two parries (Italian Parries he calls them) are the only protection against beats with this form.
