Parry from high guard against an attack to the defender's upper left opening.

Canonically these are performed from reverse grip, but variations can be extrapolated from the orthodox grip.

Meyer also says we can extrapolate a variation of this for attacks to the upper right opening.

Passing Step stab from the right to their upper left opening. Parry their wrist from your right, with your dagger pointed down (and somewhat left) so your blade blocks their wrist on the inside.
Reverse the hand, so the pommel is facing down, and in doing so hook the dagger under their wrist from below so the point is now facing upward.
Pull dagger down to the right side with a left Passing Step in in a spiral motion down to your right thigh, gripping their wrist between your dagger and forearm.
Securing their arm with your left hand, punch up with the pommel over the right arm up to the face/throat.
If your opopnent goes up with his arm as you try to push it down. Lift the dagger arm and loop around to stab to their upper left opening.
