Deceiving

A broad term meaning to use any of the other handworks to mislead you opponent. Whatever strike you perform in you are deceiving you should act as if you're striking to one opening, but actually attack another, this might be through the many other techniques such as Fehlen, Verfliegen, Zucken, Durchwechseln, or techniques such as Zirckel, and so on; or it may be, as Meyer tells us, simply by the way we present ourselves toward our opponent in our stance, looking like we'll do one thing then doing another.
