Dussack

A dussack technique which shoves their blade back with your strong/guard in order to provoke them into an attack.

Execution

• Both combatants stand in Bogen against each other
• The fencer drops his body/hand slightly and performs a horizontal cut which is almost a punching forward with the crossguard toward his chest.
• This causes his blade to swing inward toward his face and provoke a response from him (eg a high cut) from which the fencer can work.

The knocking cut can be carried out multiple times to provoke a recalcitrant fencer.
